I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM
Ordered a slate house sign which was damaged during manufacture and still sent out. Returned, but had to pay postage. Changed from slate to granite & asked for a proof to be sent before posting to me so we could verify we were happy with it. Never received a proof & it has arrived with damage to scrolling on corner. Would not recommend. The pictures they have on website are all perfect, & they do not say there could be " natural flaws " in the product.

Received sign. Was very disappointed as whilst i understand the sign made of slate and will have marks, the sign looked like it was cracked right down the middle. I would have thought it wouldn't have passed any quality control and not sent out to a customer as it looked awful so has gone in the bin. The text looked quite cheap too and not what i was expecting. Asked for refund and was refused.
Ordered 2 identical granite house number plates, didn't receive the order until I chased after 3 weeks. Then a single plate arrived but in marble not granite. Followed up with another email to ask if there had been a mistake, (there had) so waited another 3 weeks and finally the second plate arrived. We accepted the marble instead of the granite as sending back and reordering was too much hassle! The emails from the company were polite and apologetic but with no explanation and unclear as to when the second plate would arrive. I can only guess, they were short staffed due to Covid restrictions.
Can't recommend based on my only order being messed up and think it would have been forgotten unless I had chased in the first place. ????
If I could give less than one stars I would, delivery late multiple times, poor customer service, poor quality item when it finally arrived, should Count myself lucky it arrived after reading some of the other reviews, stay away at all costs
Please would you follow up where my house sign has gone to?

Excellent and very easy to use website.
Ordered product came well packed and exactly as specified.
I would definitely recommend Design a House Sign.
Simple website to use and lots of choice. The sign came in about 2 weeks.
It would be helpful to have been told when it was despatched, to track delivery.
The sign itself is of good quality and as described.
However, it took a long time to arrive with no communication possible with the seller to confirm, and the 4 bin stickers which we had also paid for did not arrive at all.
